Are you a Leader? Leaders Hold Themselves to a Higher Standard

Are you a Leader- Leaders Hold Themselves to a higher standard, higher standards, leadership, network marketing tips

Do you give yourself a higher standard to live by in your team?

Most people want to be just given a leadership position, however leadership is earned. One key difference that separates top earners is that they set themselves a higher standard to live by. Being the leader you should strive to be the most productive person in your organization.

Leading by example is key to rapid growth and duplication. Ask yourself if your team did what you did today, how would your business be growing. If you haven’t given yourself higher standards to work by your answer to this previous question probably won’t be to exciting.

The speed of the leader determines the speed of the pack. If you set high standards for yourself so will your team. People do what you do not what you say. Leadership flows down to your team based on what you initiate.
