Are You Playing The Blame Game?

All too often the reason people aren’t succeeding in their home business, is because they aren’t taking personal responsibility for their results and are just playing the blame game.

are you playing the blame game, the blame game, blame game, personal responsibility, taking personal responsibility, are you taking personal responsibility for your results, personal responsibility for your results

You and your team need an “if it’s meant to be it’s up to me attitude” if you want to win big

Obviously team work is an essential quality to create in your organization, however each person needs to have a mindset centered around taking personal responsibility for their results.

You upline or sponsor is there to help you succeed, but they aren’t there to build your home business for you. The correct mindset to have towards your upline is that they are more of a coach or a personal trainer type figure.

In most cases they will have a system in place to get success in your organization, but it’s your job to follow it. Just like a personal trainer helps someone get in shape.

It isn’t their job to do the work outs

and eat right for you, but they have the coaching and training to get you results IF you choose to put in the effort necessary to make it happen as well.

What if your sponsor has different goals then you?

Another thing to keep in mind is your sponsor might have different goals then you, maybe they don’t want to make a full time income in the business, or the pace they get there isn’t as important to them.

Does this mean your sponsor is wrong?  No it’s the same thing with working out, maybe someones goals are to lose 10 pounds, another might be to be able to finish a marathon, others may be to become a competitive body builder.

Just like different people have different goals and different life paths throughout building their businesses. If you were the body builder type and got sponsored by the lose 10 pounds type, does that mean you can’t be a competitive body builder anymore? Of course not.

You would be grateful someone introduced you to the gym and then you would put in your work ethic with or without that person to reach your goals.

Certainly be grateful if you have a good sponsor and upline, but there are more stories than I can count where top earners in the industry had their sponsors and upline quit, but they still became a top earner without them.

Make the decision to win and take personal responsibility for your results and avoid playing the blame game if you want to make it to the top!
