You need to change your thinking on reframing your past
Change your thinking change your results – start with reframing your past
I know in the past when I was new in the network marketing industry I had a steep learning curve and I would always get frustrated when I didn’t sign someone up or I didn’t get the result I wanted. I would beat myself up and think I wasn’t good enough and I would never be successful. Have you ever felt that way when you are building your business? One thing you should start implementing is to change your thinking and start reframing your past as preparation for your future success.
When you are reframing your past and change your thinking you won’t be as frustrated and you can use your past to inspire others
You will have set backs and failures and mistakes you make when building your business, that’s normal. However there are two types of people, ones who use their failures to complain about or those who focus on reframing their past and change their thinking and use their story to inspire others. One of my past mentors struggled for a long time building her business and a story she told that really impacted me was that when she was new she struggled but had another friend who started after her and crushed it. However in her business at the time she had surpassed him. One of her reasons why she said was that even though he was a natural and it came easy, many people who started working with him were not a instant success, this made him not relate with those people and they would often quit. Her story on the other hand was one of struggle and going through failure to making her business a success. This way she was able to focus on reframing her past failures to help give hope and belief to her new team members or those that were struggling and many who were not rock stars at the start were able to stick through their learning curve and finally become successful. So change your thinking when it comes to mistakes and failure and start reframing your mindset and use it to your advantage.
