Closing tips on how silence is your friend. Many people talk themselves right out of the sale. In today’s video I cover how to close the sale and how to use silence as your friend. One of my closing tips is when you ask a closing question stop talking. Even better if you ask a alternative closing question, so you could ask something like would you want to start with a basic package or the deluxe package? Then simply wait in silence until they answer. When closing the sale silence is always your friend, and whoever talks first is the person who loses.  Implement these simple sales closing tips in every presentation you have.
