If you want to take your business or leadership to the next level implement this simple system of experience, improve, train. Most people never reach their full potential because they never take the time to go through all of the steps to mastery. I feel that if you are looking to learn how to become an expert the best way to do that is through the system of experience, improve, then train. Most people skip the last two steps and they wonder why they are not improving or staying at the same level while others are passing them by. Your business will only grow to the point that you do. I feel the last two parts are the most valuable because the faster you improve your skills and master them by training others the quicker they will become a part of you. Focus on the steps to mastery of Improve and train in your down time and then have the experience be focused on the most income producing activities in your business. Make up in numbers what you lack in skill but don’t forget to keep improving your skills along the way as well.
