How to build leaders by building a positive self image

Have you ever seen someone who was completely broke and then win the lottery and then a few years later is completely broke again? How about someone who is a millionaire or very successful and then go bankrupt but a few years later is a millionaire again?  This happens because that is what that persons self image set point is at. This can happen in your business as well when you are developing leaders. If you have people in your team that just aren’t growing like they should or are just not motivated a lot of this can do with what they see their self image as. If for example they only see themselves as being capable of hitting a certain rank that’s where they will plateau. One key thing on how to build leaders is to help them improve their self image. When you are trying to develop leaders in your organization, you just won’t have time to individually motivate and encourage every person and improve their self image on a one to one basis. How to build leaders on a massive scale comes down to getting your team in a system of personal development. When you get your team to all plug into self development you will develop leaders faster than you trying to help everyone on your own.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen.  This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you wont make it very far.
