Do you do a game plan strategy session with your new team members?
If your new team members aren’t creating success right out of the gate with your company, you should start doing a quick business game plan session with them in their first 24-48 hours. During the game plan strategy session determine what kind of goals that person is looking to achieve, if they only want to make a little money vs a lot of money you need to set proper expectations. Also with your business game plan make sure you let them know that if they are to be successful it is up to them, you are there to help, but their success is based on their actions. I like to explain it like you are their personal trainer and it’s their choice to work out or not. You can get them in whatever shape they choose but you can’t do the work outs for them. I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen. This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you wont make it very far.
