How To Inspire Your Sales Team With Contests
How to set up contests and how to inspire your sales team
Contests are one way how to keep your team motivated and if you do it right you will only create profit when people win. One key with building your team is to not be cheap in your business. You can choose to put any % of your profits back invested back into your team, I like to do around 30-40% so for example if you make 1700 in profit you can put together a contest value around 500-700. If you use this as a way how to inspire your sales team, it can multiply your profits. Most of the time not everyone will hit the contest and earn the prize, however if multiple people run for it you might end up doing 4000 to 5000 in profit with everyone doing a little bit. You want to set it up though where even if everyone won the contest the profit you make pays for each winner and then some so everyone wins.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen. This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you wont make it very far. Network Marketing is a numbers game, and without the Numbers and Leads you have no business. If you don’t already have a High Volume Lead Generating System for Your Business….
