How to Teach Personal Responsibility and Instil If It’s Meant to be It’s Up to Me
Are you taking personal responsibility for your results and training your team to do the same?
A big mistake most people are often making is not taking personal responsibility. When things aren’t going the way they want or they aren’t making the income they want they usually start playing the blame game. You and your team need to have an attitude of if it’s meant to be it’s up to me. Often times people either struggle with taking personal responsibility themselves or they don’t know how to properly teach taking personal responsibility in their teams. I like to explain the concept of taking personal responsibility with the idea of getting in shape with a personal trainer. If you are struggling you can look at yourself as the person working out and if your team is struggling you can look at yourself as the personal trainer. Either way the idea of if it’s meant to be it’s up to me will come across very simply with this analogy.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen. This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you wont make it very far. Network Marketing is a numbers game, and without the Numbers and Leads you have no business. If you don’t already have a High Volume Lead Generating System for Your Business….
