Leadership tips – If your focus isn’t to run your own race, you are setting yourself up for frustration
Many people get frustrated and beat themselves up mentally because they compare themselves to other people. One of my favorite leadership tips is to run your own race and stop comparing your beginning to someone else’s middle. Everyone comes to the starting line at a different race so if someone reaches your goal or success level faster don’t focus on how you are failing, just use that as motivation and run your own race.
