Leadership training: If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together
As the old saying goes, if you want something done right do it yourself, it sounds like you would go fast but, unfortunately if you want a large business you need to work as a team.
Leadership training – you may be able to go fast by yourself but you can’t get as far as you would think
Sometimes people start to learn the skills of the business and learn how to close and get people started, unfortunately that’s all they do and leave their new reps to fend for themselves. If you want to build a large organization you need to work together as a team. You can get a lot of new sign ups on your own but until you help others become great you won’t experience that exponential growth.
Leadership training: Go fast by not just showing your new reps where to get training, actually walk them through getting results
All to often in network marketing people sign up a new rep and tell there where the website is for training and just hope that their new rep will just figure everything out on their own. If you want to go fast start your reps off correctly and help them get an initial result right away. Leaders don’t just show the way they walk the path as well so if they do the first few invites and presentations with their new reps they will get much better results. This starts the chain of duplication. So if you want to go far go as a team.
