Network marketing recruiting strategies you shouldn’t use – blasting your link

I say it all the time but one strategy you never want to use in network marketing recruiting is just blasting your link. Being genuine and actually finding out about someone is going to be the key to your recruiting strategies no matter how you are doing it.

When you just blast your links it shows your lack of knowledge on the person and if they even need your products or services. The key is finding someones pain or wants or needs and then helping solve their problem or reach their goals.

One of the biggest keys to network marketing recruiting is posture. Now obviously you don’t need to have million dollar results to start building a business or help people, however you should at least be confident in what you are doing.

I find a lot of people don’t know effective recruiting strategies, but the good news is it is something that can be learned. Unfortunately sometimes people seek help in these areas and then decide that they should immediately try and pitch the person helping them.

This isn’t posture it just shows how little you know. It would be like going to a basketball camp run by Michael Jordan or Lebron James and then butting in and telling them you want to teach them how to play basketball. This doesn’t mean you couldn’t recruit someone more successful than you, far from it. You still need to follow the proven method of asking if someone is open and looking first.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen.  This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you won’t make it very far. Network Marketing is a numbers game, and without the Numbers and Leads you have no business. If you don’t already have a High Volume Lead Generating System for your business….
