Some of the best prospecting training I received when I was new was adopting the mindset that you should sort and not sell in network marketing recruiting. If you are trying to convince and be people to join you will have a long road ahead of you in your business. A top earner in network marketing looks for the right people to work with, you want to be working with people that are teachable and coachable and are willing to work. If you have to beg and convince people to join you will have to beg and convince them to work and do the necessary steps for becoming successful.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen. This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you wont make it very far.
