Once you have gone through building some initial rapport with the F.O.R.M. system you can then go through these other sales skills that will help you drop the guard of your prospect quicker and help get them agreeing with you sooner. Through this sales training you will learn how to use a couple key phrases that can help you build more rapport faster and have more of your sales presentations result in a yes. Sales is a numbers game but if you can focus on developing more rapport with these sales skills you will get much better results and have to go through less numbers.
