You Need to Step Up and Lead
The best way to become a leader is to stop waiting and Step up and Lead.
It’s just like working out, when you get stronger you increase your weights. Same thing with your business, as you growth increases you can become a leader in different areas. You can step up and lead with your personal development and take that to the next level. As you grow you can increase the amount of times you present, if you don’t present at all now, take the next step and do the first part of the presentation. Most people step up and lead when they aren’t ready, there is no comfort in growth. No one else is going to lead for you, so the more you can become a leader and work on yourself the easier it will be to step up and lead.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen. This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you wont make it very far.
