One reason most people fail in business or at reaching their goals is because they don’t have a success is a must attitude.

Why having a success is a must attitude is crucial for building a business

Success requires sacrifice, and most people who claim they want success just aren’t willing to put in the work to make it happen. Now this doesn’t mean you have to drop out of school, quit your job, abandon your family, or anything like that, but it’s more the little daily decisions you make.

For example maybe you love to watch football and every Sunday you spend the whole day on the TV watching others live their dreams. Maybe your sacrifice is missing the first half of each game or maybe you only watch one game for the day and use that time to build towards your goals. Maybe it’s sacrificing a little sleep and getting  up an hour earlier to study your craft and improve on your skill set.

Do you have a lottery ticket mindset or a long term success is a must mindset?

Another area people come in with the wrong mindset for success is that they think their business is like a lottery ticket. Instead of understanding that they are going to have a learning curve and have to develop skills to become successful, they think just a few sales or business partners will make them millions.

It does hold true that a few people can grow and turn into a large organization, but if you aren’t working on you and becoming the leader to attract those people how do you ever expect that to happen. Again it’s about having a success is a must mindset and making that decision that no matter what you have to learn or overcome you will build a successful business.

When you focus on where you are going and what you want to achieve vs everything you have to give up, you are on your way to success.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen.  This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you won’t make it very far. Network Marketing is a numbers game, and without the Numbers and Leads you have no business. If you don’t already have a High Volume Lead Generating System for your business….
