What’s Your Vision?

Do you have a large vision for success in your business?

If you have a weak vision for your business you are probably having weak results

What’s your vision for your business? Are you living up to your potential? Are you frustrated in your business and not achieving the success you think you can?

As the old saying goes without vision the people will perish. The same holds true for you and your business. If you have a weak vision of just wanting to make a few extra bucks, or maybe just get some ok product results, that’s fine, but you most likely won’t be achieving any massive results.

Do you have a plan for your goals?

One thing people seem to do is just set a vision or goal of what they alone want to achieve and they don’t include others in their vision. Writing your vision down is crucial. If you fail to plan you plan to fail.

Building other peoples success into your vision can help make your goals a reality faster. I’m guessing if you are reading this you probably are looking to build a large team. Do you think about them in your goals or are you just focused on yourself?

You should not only be casting vision for yourself but also for where you see your team and the leaders you want them to become as well. Winning big in network marketing is a team sport so don’t just focus on your goals and personal vision.

Beyond having great vision you also need to put in the work to achieve it. In a home business the foundation skill is going to be inviting people to take a look. I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen.  This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you won’t make it very far. Network Marketing is a numbers game, and without the Numbers and Leads you have no business. If you don’t already have a High Volume Lead Generating System for your business….
