When Building a Team Focus on Creating Team Culture Through Events

BUILDING A TEAM

When Building a Team Focus on Creating Team Culture Through Events. Do you struggle getting all of your team members on the same page? When you are building a team do you find you have several people who are unteachable and don’t want to follow the proven system? The best thing you can do for your team as a whole is focus on creating team culture by getting everyone to attend events. If you are building a team successfully, you want everyone to be coachable and teachable, you can accomplish this by working where you are deserved not where you are needed. If you are creating team culture by going to events you can determine who the best people are in your team to work with. Work with the team members who are plugging into the system and don’t have to be convinced constantly to follow what works. Building a team based on teachability and coachability will be much easier and less stressful on you because you won’t have to be forcing people to do everything. It shifts you from being a babysitter to being able to be a leader and coach to your team. Building a Team through events will be easier on you as well since you won’t have to do all the training yourself and can focus on income producing activities and creating team culture that follows what is the most duplicatable and productive.
