4 Steps to Duplication in your Team
The first step in duplication in your team is going to be you leading by example.
Step one for creating duplication in your team is inviting
You need to be the one who starts the team going. If no one new is seeing the presentation how can you expect your team to grow. This is also true when you feel like your team has hit a plateau or isn’t growing as fast as you would like.
The more people you can personally bring in the more people there are as inviters to see your business or products. People watch what you do not what you say, so if you aren’t even trying to recruit or prospect new people for your business that’s exactly what your team will do as well.
Step two for creating duplication in your team is presenting
The next thing you want to get good at is presenting. The great thing about this level of duplication is you really can use tools to get good at this level. For example even though I can go through a live presentation most of the time I just use a video tool to do the presentation for me.
You can be brand new and use this same strategy or just invite people to come meet another leader in your team who does the presentation. I know people who were making thousands of dollars a month in their business before they ever were the person giving the presentation in front of the room.
Step three is enrolling
After the first two steps the next one you should focus on is getting people started in your business. This includes the skills of closing and getting a new rep started right.
Again the great part about closing is when you are new you can have help from your team. You should be using a 3 way call to help your prospects make a decision if you aren’t comfortable asking the closing questions and handling objections. You can also take this as a time to learn from your expert on what to say and how to say it.
Step four is training
Getting people to plug into training is the next key to major duplication in your team. Without your team getting to training it is going to be tough for them to take on a leadership role.
You need to spend time working with the right people and if your team members aren’t willing to commit to training and improving themselves it’s best to spend your energy elsewhere.
Still be nice to the people who are in your business who don’t go to training, but if they aren’t willing to better themselves and learn the stills it take to win big, you won’t really be able to motivate them to be a leader in your business.
It’s not about how great you are as an individual it’s how great you can bring people up in your team. This is why getting your team to training is so crucial.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen. This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you won’t make it very far. Network Marketing is a numbers game, and without the Numbers and Leads you have no business. If you don’t already have a High Volume Lead Generating System for your business….
