Don’t get stuck in Management Mode, Lead by Example and Stay Down in the Trenches with your Team
Often people get a little success and they think it’s time to sit back and relax and get into management mode with their team. The best leaders that get the most done and grow their teams the fastest continue to work with their team and lead by example. One of the best ways to inspire your team is to remain down in the trenches and put in the same amount of effort that your new team members are doing. It will motivate and inspire the right people in your team when you are showing them how it’s done. It’s going to be much harder to try and motivate and move your team to action when you are just sitting back in management mode telling them what to do vs getting into action and leading by example yourself.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen. This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you wont make it very far.
