Are you Selling with Stories? Facts Tell and Stories Sell
Selling with stories is one of the crucial selling skills to learn
Most of the time people who are unsuccessful in sales are building their business by leading with features of their products. It sounds good but unfortunately it won’t get much results for you and building your business. A major key to selling successfully is that if you are selling with stories and keeping in mind that facts tell and stories sell. I was recently looking at buying a new bike attachment and, I’m sure you can guess the first thing I looked at before I bought it…THE REVIEWS…with hundreds of different products and businesses out there how are your prospects supposed to decide what to go with? Instead of leading with your features, which are going to look the same to anyone, lead with and start selling with stories. If you lead with personal stories and testimonials you will get far better results than if you are leading with the facts and figures. If you want to improve your selling skills start leading with stories. If you show a weight loss testimony before and after photo, you are going to move far more products than talking about the weight loss benefits of green tea extract. When you lead with real stories and success, people relate better and accept the information you are sharing far quicker.
I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen. This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you wont make it very far. Network Marketing is a numbers game, and without the Numbers and Leads you have no business. If you don’t already have a High Volume Lead Generating System for Your Business….
