Are You Taking Advantage of Leadership Coaching?
Do you read leadership books or plug into online leadership training for leadership coaching?
Most people have heard the saying you become who you hang around. Well here’s a secret, if you want leadership coaching and want to find a mentor, you don’t necessarily need to work one on one with them to learn from them. Much of my leadership coaching and training I found with online leadership training or by reading leadership books. You can find people that have what you want and if you do what they do you can get what they got. So don’t hold yourself back because you can’t physically meet your mentor right away. There is so much you can learn and leadership coaching you can get with online leadership training, most often it’s even free!
