Do you have a CEO mindset or are you begging?
Most people in network marketing have a beggars attitude and mindset not a CEO mindset
Have you ever had someone say they can’t make a meeting or presentation or they said they can’t look at the information today, and you say something like “well what about tomorrow, or Saturday, or maybe next week?” I know I definitely used to when I got started in the industry. Well if you go into this mode of begging most people will shy away from you and won’t want to check out your business. If you have a CEO mindset and have posture that you have the deal and you are giving them the opportunity of a lifetime when you are inviting them you will have better results.
With a CEO mindset would you be in charge or would you let your prospect be in charge?
To many times a prospect asks questions or wants you to explain everything before you meet them or wants you to tell them some more details up front or asks you 20 questions before they agree to do anything. If you were a CEO and were hiring for one of your next vice presidents would you let them run the show and let them run the interview or would you be the one asking the questions and determining if they were the right person for the position? To many times we have a begging mindset not a CEO mindset when we are prospecting and it hurts our chances. People follow strength not weakness and desperation and having a CEO mindset will help you do that.
