Developing Leaders You Need to Work Where You are Deserved Not Where You are Needed
When you are developing leaders are you spending time with the wrong people while team building?
One mistake people often make when they are new to developing leaders is that they constantly work with the wrong people. how to develop leaders is a skill that you can learn and the first thing you should know when working with new team members is who should you be working with. You can determine who you should work with by giving them some kind of test. One way how to develop leaders is through personal development and training. When developing leaders you want to have them constantly be improving their skills and investing in themselves. You can use that as a test by giving potential leaders some type of personal development and ask them to listen to it or read it in the next few days. Depending on who responds back and actually does take action on this is who you should be spending your time with when team building. Developing leaders can take a good amount of time and you want to make sure you are investing your time in the right place and working where you are deserved not where you are needed.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen. This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you wont make it very far. Network Marketing is a numbers game, and without the Numbers and Leads you have no business. If you don’t already have a High Volume Lead Generating System for Your Business….
