Home Business Success Tips – Praise in Public and Criticize in Private

You might think that if you criticize someone in front of your team that you will set an example or make it known to everyone what not to do and that it will motivate everyone. Unfortunately it will have the exact opposite effect, it will lower morale and have everyone feel like they are walking on eggshells. If you want to create home business success you will need to create an environment where everyone wants to rise to the challenge and step up into greatness. You should focus on praising in public so people have a standard to live up to. If you must criticize someone make sure you do it in private as to not create resentment in your team. One of my favorite home business success tips is to celebrate what you want to duplicate and when you praise in public it is an easy way to do that. Your team members will want to be the next person getting recognition and they will do more to make that happen. If you foster a positive environment that brings people up it will create more results than a negative one of criticism like most people have a their jobs.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen.  This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you wont make it very far.
