How to build a successful network marketing business: Are you recruiting up?
Recruiting up is one strategy you need for how to build a successful network marketing business.
This first thing to understand about recruiting up is that everyone falls on a scale of influence of 1-10 with 10 being the most successful and influential. It doesn’t matter where you are on that scale you can become successful in network marketing, however it may be more of a learning curve and you may face more rejection initially in your business if you aren’t very high on the scale.
I was pretty low on the scale and was making minimum wage and hadn’t finished college when I first got started in network marketing. Now what most people do when they get started is they feel that it will be easier to approach people lower then themselves on the scale because those people look up to them and it will be in their comfort zone to approach those people.
Unfortunately if this is the thing that gets passed on in your team each person will continue and your prospects will continue to move down the scale. Now this doesn’t mean that a “1” or a “2” on the scale can’t create massive success in network marketing, however most often the lower on the scale you go the more negativity and skepticism of the industry you usually get. So a great way how to build a successful network marketing business is to “recruit up” and reach out to people that are higher than you on the scale first.
How to build a successful network marketing business fast with teaching your team recruiting up
So if you can focus on teaching your team and implement this strategy of recruiting up. When you do this people move up the scale faster, and then you start to get into markets where people understand business and can do big things fast in network marketing. So if you want less money objections and less pyramid objections focus on recruiting up for a fast way how to build a successful network marketing business.
