How to deal with rejection: stop selling and start sorting
A common mistake that a lot of new sales reps make in network marketing is that they try and sell and convince people who aren’t really interested. When you go into a sorting mindset you really have a lot stress from rejection. You want to be the person in charge and when you have to go into a begging mode it takes away your posture and if you do get a no, the rejection will feel much worse. You aren’t looking for everyone just the right ones. Have the mindset of some will, some won’t, so what, next.
How to deal with rejection: Focus on the numbers and activity
Network marketing is a numbers game. Obviously you want to work on your skills and improve your sign up ratio, but you can always make up in numbers what you lack in skill. A common reason people feel so rejected is because they for one aren’t going through enough numbers and two they are focused on the outcome not the activity.
You want to be addicted to the activity of showing and prospecting. Don’t be so focused on the outcome of your presentations. When you do enough presentations the numbers will work themselves out. So make that your focus and not wishing and hoping everyone says yes.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen. This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you won’t make it very far.
