Do you struggle with how to have posture in your network marketing business?
If you learn how to have posture while building your network marketing business you will do much better.
Often times people focus to much energy and effort on their prospects and just don’t know when to let go of a prospect and move on. If you push to hard you get needy and lose all of your posture and it really can blow your chances with getting that prospect started. On top of that you are wasting time on the wrong people, when it comes to building your network marketing business it’s more of a sorting game than a convincing game. You are looking for the people looking for you and if you keep that in mind it is one way how to have posture while building your network marketing business.
People follow those with posture so learning how to have posture while recruiting matters
You need to watch what people do not what they say. Often times you are pushing to hard with a person who isn’t ready or isn’t really interested. Obviously we would like everyone to get started but you need to watch people’s action steps when building your network marketing business. If people are blowing you off or not watching your presentation or dodging your calls, it might be time to take the hint and stop pursuing them about joining your business. It’s one thing if they are engaging you back and they are responsive with your questions and moving on to the next step of understanding and education, but if they are again and again full of excuses of why they aren’t doing things or they are “busy” etc. just move on. It’s totally fine to leave them alone and simply reach back out in a few months or year just to see how they are doing and if they are open at that point. The biggest way how to have posture is to not be desperate. If people know you don’t need them they are more likely to want to work with you.
