If You Want to be Successful in Network Marketing Recruiting Don’t Pre-Judge

When it comes to network marketing recruiting it’s less about selling and more about sorting.

One key with network marketing recruiting is you don’t pre-judge but you can presort

Often times when people are new in network marketing recruiting they think they should play god and decide who will be interested before they even ask or show a person, and they pre-judge people.

You don’t pre-judge people when network marketing recruiting because people most often won’t talk about if they are struggling or maybe looking for something extra. When people are in financial trouble and looking for an opportunity they rarely openly talk about it, most of the time they try and hide it and make it look like everything is ok.

You don’t pre-judge when you are recruiting but don’t feel like you can’t presort either. My favorite way to presort when network marketing recruiting is to ask if people are open to something extra. If they aren’t open, I’m not going to show them simple as that. You will drive yourself crazy after awhile if you keep showing unqualified prospects that waste your time. So again don’t pre-judge prospects but feel free to presort to save yourself some time and make sure you are working with the right people.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen.  This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you wont make it very far.
