There are several aspects to building a successful home business and when you focus on what you can control it will take a lot of the stress out of it.

When it comes to duplication in your business there are several steps that you will need to walk a new team member through. You can do all you can to help them do this, but unfortunately almost all of the steps are out of your control.
If you only focus on the steps you have no control over and people don’t do them you will get very frustrated. The first step that starts everything is inviting prospects to take a look at what you do. If no one gets invited you won’t ever get to anything else that matters in your business. Leadership development coaching: Focus on what you can control and don’t get addicted to the outcome
Too many people only focus on the outcome of what they are doing. Did you sign someone up, did they buy the biggest package, did they talk to anyone. For the most part in your home business you won’t have control over a majority if any of these things.
Your main focus should be on the activity you are doing, not the results. Obviously results are important, however the numbers more often than not work themselves out. You should only look at results as a means to determine what skills you should improve on. Most people know the right steps to take, they just don’t do enough of it. Focus on what you can control and everything else tends to work itself out.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen. This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you won’t make it very far. Network Marketing is a numbers game, and without the Numbers and Leads you have no business. If you don’t already have a High Volume Lead Generating System for your business….
