Leadership tips: You need to have a teachable mindset to create success
It doesn’t matter what kind of goal you have or success you are looking to achieve, the more of a teachable mindset you have the faster you will reach those goals. The first step is to find someone who has what you want.
The trouble is most people find people to match and model but they don’t really have the freedom or lifestyle that they want. They basically take advice from people who don’t have the results they want to achieve in life. So when you do find someone that has the results that you want you should plug into them. That could be in the form of reading their books, watching their videos, listening to their podcasts, taking their courses, etc. You become who you hang around. The more you can be around people who have the success you want, the faster you can create similar results.
Leadership tips: In network marketing especially there is a path layed out for results so don’t reinvent the wheel
Too many times I see new reps join a network marketing company and instead of being teachable and following the system that works, they try and reinvent the wheel. You need to trust the process and follow the path that has been laid out by people who have reached the top.Then you should simply copy what they did to get there. Most companies have scripts and what to say to your prospects already determined to get the best results. I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen. This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you won’t make it very far.
