Your job as the leader in multi level marketing is to help your new rep get started right. Everyone in multi level marketing only has one chance to create a big success story right out of the gate. One of the first questions people as a new person is how is your business going or what did you do right away or how long did it take you to get xyz result. Obviously in your business you want to have a long term vision and understand that a large successful business takes time to build. However most people are conditioned in their daily lives that they work for two weeks and get paid and have an instant gratification mindset. Therefore if you can help your new reps get off to a fast start it will greatly increase the likelihood they will stick around long term to figure out their learning curve.

When you are getting your new reps started make sure they understand that they want to get a list down on paper. In today’s society people think that if they have people in their phone or on facebook or email that they automatically have their list and they are done already. This is not the case, when you put your list on paper you take your business from an idea to a solid reality. If you treat your multi level marketing business like a hobby it will treat you like a hobby, if you treat it like a business it will pay you like a business. What you measure gets done, so make sure they write out an actual list, this will help them visualize all of the people they have to talk to and even if people say no they will see the large list that they still have in place.
MLM tips for mindset: Don’t pre-judge and it’s a numbers game
Teach them some MLM tips and mindset tips on the idea that multi level marketing success is a numbers game. Once you have your new rep in your multi level marketing business create their list you should explain the concept of not prejudging. Basically that means that you don’t have them make the decision for someone before you even show them the business. Your job is to show people what you do, not try and convince them to join. Let your company tools do the selling for you, just get people in front of the information correctly.
