Let’s face it we have probably all messed up with approaching someone on our warm market list, most likely it happened when we were new and hadn’t had proper training yet. At this point every time we try and talk about it they either don’t want to hear about it or you just aren’t sure what to say and what network marketing strategies would work at this point.

Well one key strategy is to apologize for your past actions. You can say something to the effect that you are sorry that when you initially talked to them about it you were excited and new and you said the wrong things and that they got the wrong picture about what you do.

Tell them you feel bad that you basically ruined it for them and it’s fine if they don’t join or do it, but that at least give you a chance to see what they are saying no to. You wouldn’t want them to hear about it down the road and see it the right way and have them be mad at you for not actually letting them see the business for what it really was.

Network marketing strategies for How to go back through your warm market list after a few years

There are probably people on your list who you have approached wrong or maybe approached and it never worked out to show them your business or maybe you just haven’t talked in years so you are struggling with how to reach out to them. In this scenario it often works well to simply be up front that you haven’t talked for a long time but you remember them in a good way and then see if they are open.

I have found that leading like this at least gets you some closure or some sort of response from that person and it is an effective way to follow up or reach out again to your old warm market list. You can say something to the effect of that you know you haven’t talked for a while but always remember having a great time together in high school and that they were always positive and that you aren’t sure what they are up to these days but you are just curious if they might at all be open to something extra at this point.

It doesn’t come off as fake and you don’t have to spend a lot of time trying to rebuild a relationship and have it be weird that they think you only tried to build that relationship to show them your business. Obviously the relationship is important and you should tell them you want to catch up anyway, however that this is the reason you are contacting them and that you would love to catch up on top of that as well. It can sometimes come off as a bait and switch if you do it the other way around and that is not what you want to do.
