Are you in Sales?

Are you in sales , become a successful salesperson, overcoming objections,

Ever get the objection I could never be a successful salesperson, or I don’t like sales, or I’m not into sales?

Here’s the thing, everyone is in sales whether they like it or not, or even understand that they are. Everyone uses sales skills in their everyday communications at home or in their jobs. Unfortunately oftentimes people with this objection somehow think that people with sales skills were all just born with it. I can say from personal experience that those skills can be learned even by someone who is not a natural. For example you have to “sell” your kids on when to go to bed. If you are in a relationship you had to “sell” the other person why they should be in a relationship with you vs someone else. At your job you have to “sell” the boss why you deserve a raise or a promotion. There really isn’t much of a difference between “sales” and communications, it just happens to be a different message you have coming across. So if you hear that objection or perhaps you aren’t having the results you want, rest assured that you can learn those sales skills and communication skills to become a successful salesperson or a success in business.
