A key to network marketing recruiting is to find what a prospect wants and help them get it
If you want to be a network marketing pro you are going to need to learn how to invite and recruit your warm market. People often try and spring their network marketing business on people and don’t really find out what their prospects need and want or if they are even open to their network marketing opportunity.
A network marketing pro will make sure that they use what they know about their warm market when they are recruiting. One of my favorite network marketing recruiting tips is to ask your warm market prospect if they are still serious about achieving xyz goal or if they were just kidding around.
When they say they were serious you simply follow up with something like “well it may or may not be for you but I think I found a way for you to get xyz and I thought you would be interested, would you be interested?” When they say yes you simply figure out a time to meet and show them your program and how it can help them get what they want.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen. This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you won’t make it very far.
