There’s no secret to success that’s instant

There is a system and process that you can go through to create success, however there isn’t a secret to success that is going to happen overnight.

The secret to success is there is no magic bullet

A real business takes time to build and create a foundation for success. This doesn’t mean you can’t make money right away in a business like network marketing, however it does mean that you shouldn’t position it like that.

I see people all the time pitching their business as a get rich quick instant results business and that is not the case. This is what gives our industry a bad name, and it needs to stop. A lot of people pitch their business with outrageous claims and this only leads to attracting the wrong people and improper expectations.

The secret to success in a home business is not begging people to join

Another approach a lot of people unfortunately use is the I’m looking for x number of motivated people to join my team. This doesn’t work either. It really has the opposite effect and will push people away from you rather than draw them in.

If you truly are looking for a team to work with and develop, act like a business owner and a CEO. You would be picky with who you worked with and hired, not just begging for anyone who answers your add to be your next vice president.

You want to have the mindset of sorting not selling and convincing when it comes to recruiting for your network marketing business. If you are begging you won’t get anyone to take you seriously or see you as a leader.
