If you want more success add value on a larger scale. Instead of solely focusing on yourself you need to start adding value if you want to become more successful. One of the first things you should figure out is what are your strengths and how can you use them to add value to others in their lives. While re-reading one of the great books out there on success “Think and Grow Rich” I came across the story of the woman who had made a portfolio for her son highlighting his strengths and accomplishments and how he could bring value to the company he was trying to work for. Well when he focused on how he could add value to the company and how having him work for the company would be adding value on a much larger scale he got a far superior position in the company than the entry level position many of his peers were getting.

What makes people successful often comes to how many people are they helping get what they want

Zig Ziglar said it best with the more people you help get what they want the more you will get what you want. I have found this to be true as well and that the more you add value to the marketplace the more people will start to follow you and look to you as the leader. If you are looking to create an impactful life and help others you need to start adding value, now this doesn’t mean you need to already have massive success, but if you make action steps everyday towards impacting people you will start to make an impact. What makes people successful isn’t an overnight activity it happens every day with consistency. The more consistent you are with adding value and trying to impact people’s lives the greater chance you will have to become a success.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen.  This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you won’t make it very far. Network Marketing is a numbers game, and without the Numbers and Leads you have no business. If you don’t already have a High Volume Lead Generating System for your business….
