You Need to Get Into Action and Get Off The Fence

Now is not the time to hesitate and get off the fence

Leaders don’t get stuck in procrastination and hesitate when it comes to making decisions. They might not always make the right action but they definitely get off the fence. When you sit on the fence and hesitate you miss opportunities constantly. I’ve heard that the definition of poor is passing, over, opportunity, repeatedly. When you get off the fence and start to take action you will know whether you made a good decision or not, and if not you can re-adjust and change course but if you wait and never get off the fence you might have missed your golden opportunity.
