Do you struggle with meeting new people and developing relationships. Have a hard time with small talk like I used to?
One goal for how to build instant rapport is to get to some commonality that you both have, maybe it’s kids, a sport you both like, video games, etc. Once you find that commonality a wall just instantly drops with the person you are talking to and the conversation starts to flow naturally.

A lot of the time people don’t like meeting new people because they don’t want to come off as stupid because they don’t know how to answer a question they might ask.
When you focus on asking questions about your prospect the great thing is, is that they will know the answers and will be able to talk comfortably. This will help you build more rapport quickly as well as find out exactly how your business could benefit your prospect, making it easier to transition into your business.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful full time income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen. This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you won’t make it very far.
