Recruiting tips: Don’t overhype

One of my Network Marketing Recruiting tips is that if you overhype you sound very fake and insincere. Another recruiting tips do’s and don’t’s is to ask if someone is open to something extra or open to taking a look at something else. Nothing is more annoying when someone is trying out to recruit you or sell you on their products / business and they talk about how great everything is and how awesome it is blah blah, blah, but they neglect to ask you if you might be looking for something else.

Network Marketing Recruiting tips: You are sorting not selling

When it comes to network marketing recruiting you want to have the mindset of sorting not selling.  The more you try and sell and amaze someone the more you are turning them off, especially if they aren’t even looking. If someone is open and looking then it is more relevant to tell them about some of the features etc, but still you should overall listen to your prospect and see what they are looking for and or open to first.

One of the best things you can do to get more higher quality prospects is finding out if someone is open to what you have to offer first, before you go into your product or business offer. You will have a hard time bringing someone into your business if you are trying to convince them to join rather than seeing if they want to join or solve some kind of problem, need, or want in their life.

Focus on finding out someones needs, wants, goals, or potential issues you can solve by asking probing questions before you even get into your presentation. The close starts with the invite.

One of the best recruiting tips you can have is that closing and recruiting starts right away. If you come off as pushy, aggressive, or that you are trying to convince someone to join your business against their will, you won’t get results, and the likelihood someone will get started or buy from you goes way down.
