The more you can have your team step up and take on a leadership and ownership mindset the faster they will create duplication. You can start to develop and ownership mindset by creating incentives for people that take up leadership tasks. What gets measured gets done and if you measure things that can enhance the productivity of the organization you will grow faster. You can even develop contests and recognition around having an ownership mentality and that will create even more people taking charge and leading.
