Leadership Training: you need to have a short term sacrifice for long term gain mindset
Most people are so focused on having instant results and they don’t understand what it is to sacrifice short term for long term gain in their business. Look at farming and building your business like planting seeds and raising crops.
In the farming world you sacrifice a season of time for planting and tilling and eventually harvesting. You should use this same mindset when building your business and sacrifice a short term amount of effort or money or energy or time for the long term gain of creating a successful business.
Having a Long Term Gain Mindset and how it is critical Leadership Training for reaching your goals
You should be asking yourself what is the return on your investment of time and energy and money with your daily habits. You need to be looking at your success habits and see if you are doing the daily things that will create the long term gain results of achieving your goals.
If your daily habits are not going to get you the results you want you may want to start thinking more long term and start re-evaluating what you are putting your efforts towards. Another Leadership Training Tip is to focus on the most productive things for a season to create massive results in the long run.

I would realistically look at building a successful network marketing business as a 3-5 year project to build a successful 10k a month income. Sure, some will get there faster, but the majority of people will take at least 3 years to be able to make that happen. This means you will need to do “COLD MARKET RECRUITING” in addition to Warm Market Recruiting, AND you will need a high volume lead generating system or you won’t make it very far.
