One is none two is one – secret to building depth in network marketing
Most people make the mistake when building depth in network marketing of celebrating too soon. Basically they get someone new started and they celebrate the win. If you really want to build depth faster and take your business further you can’t just stop at one person. You need to help them get a success and apply the principle of one is none and two is one. When you focus on building through people and recruiting up you will start to reach the more and more successful people in that network and once you start getting to 9’s and 10’s your business will explode.
When you focus on scoring in 24 you will be applying the principle of one is none two is one and effectively be building depth in your organization
The best way to practice one is none and two is one is through the mindset of scoring in 24. This basically means that you help each new person get results in their first 24 hours. Help them get a new customer or business partner right away to get their excitement and belief through the roof. It’s unfortunate but a lot of people won’t really take any action after they just get started. It has never made any sense to me but that’s just the way it is. So if your main focus on that new person is to help them score in 24 and working through their warm market, you can eventually find someone who will be excited more than just a few days in the business and who will become a builder. So in addition to scoring in 24 focus on the idea that one is none two is one, to maximize your results when you have a new team member join your team.
