When you are recruiting be sure to ask if people are open. It doesn’t matter if you are leading with your product or business when you ask if people are open first, and they agree, you are not trying to force something on them anymore. If someone says they are open to what you have or are looking for something then you switch from pushing something on someone to giving someone what they want. One of the best network marketing strategies is finding out what people want and then giving it to them. It will take your network marketing recruiting from you being a hunter to becoming a fisher. If you use the right bait people will come to you vs trying to sell people on your business. When building your network marketing business it becomes much easier when people are excited to hear what you have vs trying to convince them they should listen. Leaders in network marketing sort they don’t sell. If you have to convince people to join your business you will have to convince them to go to training and convince them to get to work.

Another great network marketing strategy is to work where you are deserved not where you are needed. If you spend your time working with the wrong people it will drive you crazy. There will be some people that you sign up that will say they are the ones that are going to make you a millionaire and explode the business…we usually call this the kiss of death :p You need to watch what people do and not what they say. If you focus on watching what people do and see that they are taking the right action steps, those are the people you should be working with. Not everyone you recruit in network marketing will blow up the business right away, you can still find the right ones to work with by watching what they do, not what they say. If you put your time and effort in developing the right people into leaders, you can eventually work with them less and less but get more and more results from their group. This a little more time consuming network marketing strategy but it will pay off far more dividends to you in the future.
