Investors for your new business idea

One of the biggest worries that many new business owners have is money. They will need a sizable sum to get the company up and running in the first place.

If you don’t have enough in your savings, then you will need to rely on investors. Thankfully, it can be quite easy to find someone who is willing to invest in your money if you are already networking.

By making connections at various networking events, you will be a lot more likely to find someone interested in your business idea.

A Lawyer to protect your business idea

In order to ensure that everything is above board when you set up your company, it’s a good idea to hire a business lawyer. They will be able to inform you of all the necessary permits and licenses that you need for your business.

They can also help you register the company and take care of any legal paperwork.

Utilize IT Firms to support the techy side of your new business idea

Setting up a new computer network for any company is a big task. If you don’t have any tech experience and can’t yet hire employees for your own IT department, then you might need to enlist some help for this.

There are now lots of tech firms that offer business IT Support to entrepreneurs in need. Once they get you up and running, they will also be available to help you out with any tech support that you might require in the future.

Hire An Accountant For Your New Business

It can also be tricky getting your books in order at the start of running a company. Not only that, though, but you will have to prepare a variety of documents for the tax man as they will need to register the new company.

Thankfully, you don’t have to deal with any of this if you hire an accountant. You just need to hand over any relevant invoices and receipts, and they will take care of your bookkeeping and annual tax returns.

If you’re new to the home business space and are starting a new business you probably also have different tax deductions available to you. This is another reason why you might consider hiring an accountant you save money on taxes.

I’m certainly not an accountant or tax adviser, but there are different everyday things you’ll be using to build your business that can become write-offs.

You’ll want to find an accountant that is familiar with your specific new business. As some accountants aren’t familiar with the home business industry.

You can get a great idea of some of the tax savings available to you in this book Lower Your Taxes Big Time. It specifically geared towards startups and small businesses and the write-offs available to you.

Find out if your accountant is familiar with the sort of the deductions this book talks about. to save your business money on taxes. Check out the current price the book on Amazon HERE.

Get Freelancers And Contractors to get some of the work done for your new business

Most small business owners aren’t able to afford full-time employees for at least their first year. Don’t worry, though, that doesn’t mean you have to carry out all of your work on your own.

In fact, you might want to start outsourcing some tasks to freelancers and contractors. These workers will be cheaper than full-time employees as you won’t need to pay for sick or holiday time off for them.

When it comes to hiring out people like freelancers for your business,  make sure you’re familiar with what they are actually doing. Certainly for thing like accountants are lawyers it’s harder to fully understand their specialty.

However, with things like freelancers and outsourcing many people try and do this with tasks they aren’t familiar with.  Meaning, the person you hire might not be doing a good job, or they aren’t able to get the results you actually want.

When it comes to things like automation and outsourcing,  don’t do it with a task you aren’t familiar with yet. Do this at a point when you know what you’re doing,  but it’s a low income producing task.

At this point outsourcing makes a lot of sense, because you can have others focus on that low priority task. With the low priority task covered, you can spend your time on income-producing activities. Ideally these are tasks that only you can do.

Just because something is free, doesn’t mean it won’t cost you something

When it comes to growing your business online, there are many tools you can utilize to leverage your time and support your new business.  Often I find a new entrepreneurs so focused on cutting costs that it hinders their growth.

Don’t be so cheap with your business that it costs you money. A lot of time I’ll find people struggling in their new business that waste a lot of time.

Time is money when you’re building a new startup, especially if you’re doing it part-time around something else. Just because you can do something for free, doesn’t necessarily mean you should. Too many times I find people refuse to spend a few dollars on their business that could actually save them hours of time each week.

Spending a few dollars on automation, or setting up tools like an email autoresponder,  or sales funnels, could save you hours every day.  This could save you time, and again allow you to spend your energy on more valuable income-producing activities.

Even with a small budget you can implement several tools to start getting better results in your business and less time.

Build an email list to support your new business idea

There are many options to build wealth with your new business, there is people at work, or there is systems at work. Having the right systems in place is a great way to support your new business growth and leverage your time.

As I mentioned above a tool you should definitely get for your new business is an email autoresponder.  is can create a lot of leverage in your business at a very low cost.

Building an email list is an incredibly powerful resource to grow your business.  As you build a list of highly targeted leads, you have the opportunity to market to them on an ongoing basis. This can be a way to drive free traffic to your website and create leads and sales.

Not everyone will buy the first second they get on your list, but as you continue to provide value to them many will down the road.  Imagine having to write thousand individual emails to your potential customers.

This might be free, but it could cost you hundreds of hours to do manually.  This is one of those examples where new business owners sacrifice time for money.

With an email autoresponder like Aweber, you could write one email blast that goes to  every person on your list. This particular time input could go from hundreds of hours down to about 30 minutes.

This is a massive amount of leverage to grow your new business, and something that shouldn’t be ignored. If you don’t yet have an email autoresponder setup, check out a free trial from Aweber here. It’s very cost-effective email autoresponder and great for people just getting started in a new business.

Utilize sales funnels as a way to leverage your time and support your new business ideas

Building Sales funnels is another effective way to support your new business idea, and to save you time. As any business in the owner knows, finding quality leads to talk to you about your business is essential for growth.

You can spend a lot of time trying to prospect and find potential customers for your business. Certainly active prospecting and reaching out to new people about your business is something you should do.

However with the right sales funnels and lead generation system in place, you can save yourself a lot of time.  Putting these online marketing tools in place is another way to maximize your results in the shortest amount of time.

Imagine having quality leads coming to you, versus having to hunt them down. That’s the power of leading value in having rite systems in place to grow your business.

If you’re new to setting up sales funnels I’d recommend checking out this free trial of Clickfunnels.  I’d also suggest going through my free lead generation boot camp to teach you how to generate leads with these sales funnels.

Consider hiring a coach

You may also want to consider hiring a business coach it support your new startup. The great thing about hiring coaches that they’ve been through the startup process before.

A common thing that holds people back while building a business is they don’t know what they don’t know. One thing I find the causes people to struggle is they don’t have an outside perspective looking at their new business.

Most people look to save themselves money by doing everything for free and with trial and error.  You can certainly learn that way, unfortunately it could cost you years of effort and thousands of dollars doing things wrong.

Often people hit a wall when building their business and usually they don’t know why.  This could be a good time to look into hiring a coach to make sure are you in the right direction. Everyone has the same 24 hours a day, those are successful and those that aren’t.

People that are the most successful do different activities and think differently.  This is where hiring a coach can come into play get you on the right track.

Sometimes this outside perspective is all you need to take your business to the next level.  If you’re interested in checking out my coaching program and getting free 30 minute coaching session click here to apply.
