Don’t fall into the network marketing events coma trap

Almost everyone will get re-energized after network marketing events and will be motivated, unfortunately if you don’t have a way to channel that energy your team will get sucked back into their regular routines and not much will happen. If you want to maintain momentum after a network marketing training event is a great time to launch a contest or set up some mini events right away. One of the best ways to build your team and keep them motivated is by building from event to event. If you keep your team excited between events and center contests around them you can keep steady growth. A contest for example could be that if you have X number of sign ups before the event and bring 3 new people with you to the event you get to go out to dinner with  some of the leaders after the event. You can have this type of contest every month and promote it heavily each month, that way your numbers at the events will be constantly growing and you will be increasing the sign ups in your team as well.

Network Marketing Events can create the solid foundation of leaders in your team

Often some of your top people who duplicate are those who are consistently going to the events. If you build the events the events will build your people. The more belief and confidence people have in themselves and the business and the company the faster they will grow their business. Network marketing events are the perfect place to do this. You can keep momentum after the events and keep people on track by having presentation blitzes set up in advance the week after your event to keep people on track and to avoid the network marketing event coma trap.
