Most people that are new in their business unfortunately do not prioritize good time management and get stuck in management mode. The best thing you can do to have effective time management in business is to focus on income producing activities. There are four areas you should focus on in your business. The first area is on personally sponsoring, recruiting and selling product. The second is follow up with prospects. Third is doing 3 way calls for your team and helping them bring in new business. The final area is to promote to your team for upcoming events. The majority of your time should be spent on bringing in new business aka the first 3 areas for good time management. Income producing activities are the key to good time management and creating a rapidly growing team.
