The importance of going to multiple events in network marketing
When you are building a network marketing business and want to build a large organization it is crucial to attend events.
You can attend one network marketing event and think you know it all or go to them all until you do
A common objection from newer team members, usually ones not getting results, is that they don’t want to go to a second big company event because they have been to one already. This mindset will keep you from big results in the business. You want to continually attend company events because each time you do you will be at a different awareness level and point in your business.
For example the first time you go you may be just starting out and really struggling with inviting. At the big training event when they talk about inviting that really stands out to you and it is your major take away. However at that exact same training they taught you how to build through new team members contacts to drive depth quickly in your team. Unfortunately you hadn’t even shown a successful presentation yet so you completely zoned out on that part of the training.
Network Marketing Training events build belief
Your business is only going to grow to the point that you do. There are two sides to that. One side is your skill set and abilities, the other is your belief that you can do it. If you don’t believe you can win, you won’t take the action steps necessary to win. Events are crucial in building both belief and skills.
Not only does this apply to you, but also your team members. Network marketing is a lead by example business. It’s going to be hard to ask your team members to do something you aren’t willing to do yourself. If you aren’t going to the training it’s really going to be hard to expect your team members to go. This will only inhibit your team’s growth in the long run.
